My knowledge & understanding of HMO, health insurance & NHIS through reading and seminar that I have attended have endowed with the ability to enlighten small business owners & individual on the need to embrace health insurance.

Enclosed with is proposal is brief information of my understanding of HMO.

You only pay me if what your organization indicates when I get you people that sign up , enroll & purchase plan.

Please advent your organization interest on this proposal by:

1. Indicate where & who to send interested potential enrollees to so that your staff can advice on health plan that is fit and suitable individual client.

2. The percentage you can pay me for clients that sign up, enroll & purchase plan

3. Also if there is any information that can enhance my campaign, I will be glad to receive it.

4. In case of people I know in others states, I will also appreciate if you can send the branches you have in other states.

The strategy I intend to use is direct contact to small business owners & individuals who are not yet enjoying the benefits of HMO.

I will appreciate additional support that can be helpful & useful to achieve success.
